· A young person who has done voluntary work in a non-governmental organisation (NGO)

· A person who has participated a Project

· A person who has work or internship experience

can have Europass Mobility Document.

Mobility Experience is followed by two partner organisations; one of them in the sending country and the second is in the host country. Two partners should agree upon the aim, content and duration of the experience. Partners can be universities, schools, training centres, companies or non-governmental organisations etc. Europass Mobility Document is created by the partner organisations in a language agreed by all sides.

How can I get Europass Mobillity Document?

You can ask your sending organisation to contact National Europass Center. Institutions who wants to fill Europass Mobility Document has to submit their applications and send their Project Contract by e-mail.After the application, a user name and password will be sent to these institutions together with a user guide. These institutions can create Europass Mobility document for the participants by entering the Project details to the”Mobility Online Tool” which is administrated by CEDEFOP-European Centre fort he Development of Vocational Training.

FOR INSTITUTONS-HOW TO REGISTER TO EUROPASS MOBILITY ONLINE TOOL?

Institutions who wants to create Europass Mobility Document regarding to their Mobility experience;

1-) has to send scanned version of their Project Contract to the e-mail address hareketlilik@europass.gov.tr

2-) has to fill the application form and send with a cover letter to National Europass Center.
